  • Co-Founder

    Stephanie, an ethnic minority, a woman, and a mother, comes from a successful baking business family with a long history. She has always had great passion for exploring the characteristics of the coffee and bakery industry. After living in Toronto for nearly 20 years, she yearns for opportunities to serve the community and its people in this globally diverse city. In the Bòn Italia immersive Italian experience, she approaches things from her unique female perspective, enabling her to finely understand the needs of different groups of people, thus providing more precise service to every neighbor. Every bite of food that guests put into their mouths is as safe and healthy as the food she gives to her own children. Let's start from the community, connect with suppliers from the places of origin, and give back to this diverse city a highlight through authentic Italian flavors.

    Nenry, an entrepreneur, a historian, and a traveler, has left his footprints in more than 150 countries and regions. He has experienced over 200 Michelin-starred restaurants and various types of cuisine worldwide. When he arrived at one of the cradles of human civilization, the Mediterranean, through a six-year collaboration with the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region in Italy, he gradually understood the rich and profound beauty of Italy. Trieste, as the capital of the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region and the coffee capital of Italy, is home to the only coffee university in the world. Since the time of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, it has been Italy's most important coffee trading port. From here, he founded the Bòn Italia brand with the aspiration to bring excellent Italian products to the global market. Especially by combining the craftsmanship of Italian home decor with food, which is one of the most fundamental human needs, he aims to create a new immersive Italian experience scene. Let's together bring the authentic Italian taste to the world.
